One price per user, with everything included
You pay one flat price per user. It covers support, security, backup, and management. Every office is a little different, so we give you a quote after we talk. You’ll have it within a week.
How the price works
One all-inclusive price per user.
No per-device fees. Add a laptop, a phone, or a second monitor and the price stays the same.
No per-ticket charges. Call the help desk as often as you need.
Licenses and hardware are billed through us as a separate line item, so you can see them apart from the service price.
Projects are quoted separately before any work starts.
What’s included
Here is everything your price covers, in plain English.
Support
Unlimited help desk
Your team can ask for help as often as they need. There are no per-ticket charges.
Onsite visits
When a problem needs someone in the room, we come to you.
24/7 support
Our US-based support staff are available 24/7. We use Central Time when scheduling calls and support visits.
Monitoring and security
Device and server monitoring
Software on your computers and servers flags problems early, and we fix many of them before anyone notices.
24/7 security operations center (SOC)
A team of live analysts in the US watches your environment around the clock.
Endpoint protection
Security software on every computer that spots and stops attacks. This covers EDR (endpoint detection and response) and antivirus.
Email security
Filters that catch phishing and spoofed messages before they reach your inbox.
Staff security
Security awareness training
Short training that helps your staff recognize bad emails and risky requests.
Phishing simulations
Practice phishing emails sent to your staff, so you can see who needs more help.
Multi-factor authentication
A second sign-in step on your accounts, set up and managed by us.
Microsoft 365 and identity
Microsoft 365 backup
Your Microsoft 365 email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data is backed up separately, with no limit on storage or how long we keep it.
Azure and Entra management
We manage your Microsoft cloud and sign-in settings, including who can log in and what they can reach.
Administrator access management
We manage administrator permissions for approved applications on your computers, so staff can do their work without having permanent administrator access.
Network and backup
Firewall and network management
We set up, monitor, and update your firewall and office network.
Server and computer backup
Your servers and computers are backed up, so a failed device doesn’t mean lost work.
Business side
License and vendor management
We keep track of your software licenses and handle calls with your technology vendors.
AI management
Policies, access controls, and data protection settings so your team can use AI tools without exposing client data.
Quarterly business review
Each quarter, a senior technology advisor reviews your environment with you and plans what comes next.
What costs extra
Projects
Migrations, office moves, and new builds are quoted separately. You get a written quote before any work starts.
Licenses and hardware
Software licenses and hardware are billed through us as a separate line item.
Contract terms
Month-to-month for your first year, then 12-month renewals. That means you can see how we work before you commit to a longer term.
Why one flat price
A flat price means your IT cost doesn’t change from month to month. It also means your staff never hesitate to call the help desk because of a bill, and we have every reason to prevent problems instead of billing for them.
